Bookkeeping, audit and company setup in Tbilisi
Since 2014 our team has kept the books for start-ups, local firms and foreign founders. Open a company and move your accounting to us without flying in: a power of attorney is enough.
Fines you pay for our bookkeeping errors
If the Revenue Service charges a penalty or late interest because of a mistake in books we keep, we cover it and correct the filing at our own cost. The rule is part of every service contract we sign.

Questions we hear often
How much will bookkeeping cost me?
It depends on your workload more than on revenue: the number of documents and payments, whether you pay VAT, how many people you employ and your legal form. The calculator above gives a starting price; after the free intro call we name the exact fee.
Do I need to come to Georgia to open a company?
No. With a power of attorney we file with the Public Registry, arrange the registered address, register you for tax and help open bank accounts. The books are kept remotely too.
Which documents should I prepare?
The list changes with the legal form and with where the founders live and hold citizenship. After the intro call we send a checklist made for your case.
When does VAT registration become mandatory?
As soon as your taxable turnover goes above GEL 100,000 in any rolling 12-month period. Registering earlier, voluntarily, is allowed; we will tell you whether it pays off for you.
What are the filing deadlines?
For most monthly taxes the return and the payment are due on the 15th of the next month. We file on your behalf and send you a list of what to pay and when.
What if your team makes a mistake?
If a penalty or interest arises from an error in books we keep, we pay it and correct the filing. This is written into the service contract.
Can we talk in English or Russian?
Yes. We work in English, Georgian and Russian, in writing and on calls.
